Job Title: Client Services Manager

Overview

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Services Manager to play a crucial role in driving operational growth, change, and innovation within our business. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing client relationships, leading teams, and developing strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Management: Manage new and existing campaigns with autonomy throughout the client lifecycle under the guidance of a Director or Senior Director.
  • Business Reviews: Conduct regular business reviews to assess progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Communication: Facilitate effective communication between internal teams and clients to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Financial Management: Achieve annual top-line revenue generated by campaign as forecasted, gross margin percentage month-over-month as forecasted by finance.
  • Operational Management: Demonstrate an attitude where you roll-up-your-sleeves and handle issues that arise, ensuring expectations are met for team contribution to Contractual KPIs.
  • Strategic Management: Strategize with clients to identify opportunities for growth, lead internal teams to focus on long and short-term objectives, and drive performance enhancement.

Skill Requirements

  • International Team Management
  • Process Improvement and Project Management
  • Intermediate to Advanced Knowledge of Google Suite, Excel, Zendesk, Salesforce CRM, and Quantitative Modeling
  • Experience with Other CRM, Customer Service Technology, and Cloud Hosted Telephony (a plus)
