Software Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Software Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure the quality of our software products.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Craft detailed test plans for rigorous testing of our software products.
  • Identify, document, and replicate reported issues for effective resolution.
  • Collaborate with customer service teams to quickly pinpoint bugs and enhance user experience.
  • Update internal documentation consistently, reflecting the latest updates and changes.
  • Report performance issues and work towards enhancing the overall user experience.
  • Participate in company-led improvement programs and initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from any four-year course.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Strong analytical and planning skills.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with using apps on mobile and web.
  • Strong customer service orientation, assertiveness, and confidence.
  • Openness to learn and adapt to new software testing methodologies, including automation testing.
