We are seeking a skilled Software QA Functional Tester to join our team.

As a key member of the software quality assurance team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the reliability and stability of our software products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, develop comprehensive test scenarios, and execute thorough testing processes.

This is an external contractor role where you will collaborate on specific project requirements. Opportunities for continued work may arise through other projects or extensions, depending on organizational priorities.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze provided requirements and specifications
  • Develop appropriate test plans and strategies
  • Plan, estimate, and prioritize testing activities
  • Create comprehensive test scenarios, test cases, and test data
  • Document defects accurately and correctly
  • Track reported defects and collaborate with engineering and product teams
  • Perform UI, sanity, functional, regression, component, and end-to-end testing
  • Provide accurate status reports of all testing activities

Additional Requirements:

  • Use own device and maintain reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum of 25 Mbps)
  • Work within dedicated schedule from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Manila Time)
  • Be available for scheduled and ad-hoc calls, meetings, and chats during weekday working hours
  • Have access to quiet, professional workspace suitable for video meetings and calls
  • Use dual monitors (preferred but not required)
  • Start immediately
