Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the planning, organization, and execution of maintenance and repair projects.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to ensure optimal performance of equipment and systems.
- Manage budgets and expenses for maintenance plans.
- Supervise and manage maintenance staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
Requirements:
- Must be a graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in Maintenance and Facility Management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- At least 10 years of work experience in supply chain or warehouse distribution, preferably in a retail company.
- Experience in managing health, safety, and security requirements.
