We are seeking an experienced Asset Manager to join our team in Manila. As a key member of our Global Business Services, you will play a crucial role in managing our fixed assets and ensuring accurate financial reporting.

In this role, you will be responsible for processing Fixed Assets transactions, including additions, depreciation, retirement, and sale. You will also manage data integrity and preparation of financial information to ensure completeness, accuracy, timeliness, and accessibility.

You will work closely with local finance contacts during month-end close to ensure adequate completeness, accuracy, timeliness, accessibility, and consistency with corporate policies and IFRS. Additionally, you will execute/validate internal control procedures to ensure that company assets are adequately protected.

Main Objectives

  • Process Fixed Assets transactions.
  • Manage data integrity and preparation of financial information.
  • Work with local finance contacts during month-end close.
  • Execute/validate internal control procedures.
  • Participate in ensuring team's metrics/KPIs are met or exceeded.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related field, preferably Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
  • 3+ years of work-related experience in accounting or finance.
  • SAP experience in General Ledger (FICO).
  • Basic account reconciliation skills.
  • Knowledgeable in MS Office Suite.
  • Experience working with international teams required.
