We are seeking an exceptional Quality Assurance Specialist to join our dynamic team.

This role is a vital part of ensuring the highest standards of quality in our outbound operations. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for monitoring interactions with customers to assess adherence to call scripting and compliance with regulatory processes.

Your main function will be to evaluate the adequacy of quality assurance standards, report to supervisors to enhance outbound processes and customer experience, and maintain ongoing compliance with quality. You will also analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement and provide detailed feedback to QA supervisors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete daily evaluations of outbound agent interactions (voice)
  • Evaluate quality assurance standards
  • Report to supervisor to enhance outbound processes and customer experience
  • Maintain compliance calibration score of 90%
  • Analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement and provide feedback

Requirements:

  • Customer service experience
  • Training on HelloFresh and/or Factor brands for the US market
