Revenue Cycle Technology Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Revenue Cycle Technology Specialist. This role will involve working on the internal implementation of our Suite of Revenue Cycle Technology, including Hospital and Professional Fee Front End Patient Access Workflow, Patient Accounting Workflow, and Denials Management Workflow.

The ideal candidate will have experience with software implementations and be able to support the project team during all phases, including planning, design, configuration, user acceptance testing, training, delivery, and monitoring of our AnalytX Technologies.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Accounts Receivable Services department to assess existing workflow processes and develop design documentation in Visio that incorporates best practice recommendations from our suite of revenue cycle technology.
  • Develop and demonstrate an understanding of business needs, expectations, and requirements for each implementation.
  • Translate Visio documentation into pseudocode (IF this THEN that...) intended for the development and QA teams.
  • Analyze errors based on user acceptance testing results and identify potential improvement opportunities using large data sets.
  • Present data to support these recommendations to the project team.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients utilizing our suite of products after deployment.
  • Detect application bugs and gather technical documentation of issues working directly with the development and QA teams.
  • Lead support calls with existing customers post go-live.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 1+ years prior experience in implementing and/or supporting software applications.
  • Experience documenting business rules and technical processes into logical structures and diagrams.
  • Ability to understand complex software applications.
  • Proven capability specifically with MS Excel and/or MS SQL Server.
  • Able to prioritize workload and work effectively with minimal supervision.
