  3. Identify and resolve billing discrepancies and discrepancies in payment postings, streamlining the revenue cycle management process.">
  4. Communicate with patients, insurance companies, and internal stakeholders to address payment issues and resolve outstanding balances, exercising effective interpersonal skills and conflict resolution techniques.">
  5. Utilize advanced EMR systems, such as Athena Health, to track and manage accounts receivable activities, enhancing operational efficiency and data-driven decision making.">
  6. Analyze AR aging reports and prioritize collection efforts based on delinquency levels, strategically allocating resources to maximize return on investment.">
  7. Collaborate with the billing and coding team to ensure accurate and timely submission of claims, leveraging expertise to optimize reimbursement rates.">

Requirements and Qualifications:
