Instructional Design Manager

TASQ Staffing Solutions is seeking a skilled Instructional Designer to join our team. As an Instructional Designer, you will be responsible for developing training materials, participating in implementation, and conducting training evaluation.
Key Responsibilities- Develop training materials, including script training content, and collaborate with the project team to meet project requirements.
- Participate in implementation, including scheduling and delivering train-the-trainer sessions, and identifying necessary items for training.
- Conduct training evaluation, using Kirkpatrick's Four Levels of Evaluation to determine if objectives were met.
To succeed in this position, you must have:
- Expertise in the ADDIE and SAM process, Bloom's Taxonomy, and other relevant instructional models.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in writing training materials.
- Strong facilitation and classroom management skills (preferred but not required).
- Knowledge of adult learning principles, constructivism, and other learning theories.
- Experience developing multiple projects at one time successfully.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with peers, driving diverse workgroups to collaborative solutions.
- A strong interest and commitment to customer satisfaction and delivering world-class customer service.
- A minimum of one year experience in customer or technical support service or business process outsourcing (BPO) environment.
- A bachelor's or college degree with a minimum of two years experience in a learning and development environment focusing on training curriculum design, development, and delivery (equivalent education or experience may be substituted for any of the above).
Non-negotiable Qualification:
- ISD experience in a BPO.
