About the Role

This role will involve designing, developing, and delivering training programs for our clients, with a focus on technical topics such as automation, programming, and technical certification courses. The successful candidate will have excellent instructional design skills and be able to create engaging and effective learning materials using software such as Articulate Storyline and Articulate Rise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop comprehensive training programs that meet the needs of our clients
  • Deliver training sessions that are engaging, interactive, and effective in meeting learning objectives
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience working as an IT Technical Trainer
  • Expertise in training Microsoft Power Platform (specifically Power Apps and Power Automate)
  • Experience in training other technical topics such as automation, programming, and technical certification courses is strongly preferred
