Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct outreach via email, LinkedIn, and other channels to engage potential clients.
    • Personalize communication to address client pain points and align with their needs.
    • Follow-Up:
      • Execute timely follow-ups with prospects to nurture leads.
      • Utilize CRM tools to track follow-up schedules and manage pipelines.
  • Appointment Setting and Lead Conversion:
    • Book Qualified Appointments:
      • Schedule meetings between qualified leads and yourself.
      • Ensure decision-makers are involved in meetings.
    • Prepare for Meetings:
      • Provide meeting participants with key information about the prospect.
      • Share client pain points, hiring needs, and other relevant details.
  • Pipeline Management and Reporting:
    • Update CRM:
      • Log all activities, communications, and meeting outcomes in the CRM system.
      • Track lead progress and ensure accurate reporting of key metrics.
    • Coordinate with the Sales Team:
      • Provide detailed handoffs for leads ready to close.
      • Share insights and feedback to improve outreach and meeting strategies.
  • Qualifications and Skills:
    • Proven experience in a business development or similar role, preferably in recruitment or staffing.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
    • Proficiency in using CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
