Operations Supervisor Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our content creation team. This includes scheduling, onboarding, and mentoring, as well as driving process improvements and maintaining a supportive work environment.

  • Coordinate and communicate weekly and daily team schedules to ensure consistent coverage needs are met.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, including documentation and peer-mentorship assignments.
  • Act as the primary contact for operational questions and day-to-day workflow issues.
  • Track team performance and process adherence, escalating concerns as necessary.
  • Maintain and improve standard operating procedures for scheduling, onboarding, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with leadership to resolve productivity bottlenecks.
  • Foster a productive culture across a remote team.
  • Monitor key operational metrics and deliver regular reports to management.

This role requires excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills. You should be comfortable using digital scheduling tools, spreadsheets, and virtual collaboration platforms. Experience supporting online content creator teams or managing online communities is an advantage.

Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in operations, team supervision, or coordination within startup, remote, or BPO environments.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
