About This Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our content creation team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of overseeing daily operations, streamlining processes, and driving growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Coordination: Coordinate and communicate weekly and daily team schedules to ensure all coverage needs are consistently met.
  • Onboarding: Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, including documentation and peer-mentorship assignments.
  • Operational Support: Act as the primary contact for operational questions and day-to-day workflow issues.
  • Performance Tracking: Track team performance and process adherence, escalating concerns as necessary.
  • Process Improvement: Maintain and improve standard operating procedures for scheduling, onboarding, and reporting.
  • Productivity Optimization: Collaborate with leadership to resolve productivity bottlenecks.
  • Culture Development: Foster an inclusive and productive culture across a 100% remote team.
  • Metric Monitoring: Monitor key operational metrics and deliver regular reports to management.
Requirements
  • Experience: Demonstrated experience in operations, team supervision, or coordination within startup, remote, or BPO environments.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Communication: Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Digital Literacy: Comfortable using digital scheduling tools, spreadsheets, and virtual collaboration platforms.
  • Remote Work: Ability to thrive independently and as part of a remote team.
  • Content Creation: Experience supporting online content creator teams or managing online communities is a definite advantage.
  • Platform Familiarity: Familiarity with subscription-based or premium content platforms is a plus.
  • Attitude: Proactive, solutions-oriented attitude.
