Job Title

A highly skilled and creative professional is required to lead the development and execution of visual and creative assets for our organization.

About the Role

This role involves hands-on creation of creative assets for emails, website content, paid and organic social media, and other marketing initiatives. The successful candidate will oversee the production workflow, manage a team of graphic designers and creators, and act as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders to ensure all assets align with brand standards and business objectives.

  • Creative Asset Development: Actively create compelling visual assets, including graphics, videos, email creatives, social media content, and website materials.
  • Project Management: Oversee the entire creative production process, from ideation to execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
  • Team Leadership & Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (marketing, content, and design) and external consultants to produce high-quality creative assets.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and proficiency in project management software and tools. A passion for history and education is highly desirable.

Key Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production management role within a creative or digital marketing environment.
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects and coordinating creative teams to successful outcomes.
  • Strong analytical skills or experience in data analysis to interpret campaign performance, generate actionable insights, and optimize creative strategies.
