Transforming Content Strategy into Results

We're seeking a skilled Social Media Content Associate to drive engagement and conversions through innovative ad creatives. Your mission will be to bridge the gap between internal design teams, user-generated content creators, and performance marketers, ensuring a constant flow of captivating content across multiple platforms.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Brief and collaborate with in-house design and media production teams to develop static and video assets for paid campaigns.
  • Source and manage user-generated content creators and agencies to deliver fresh video content daily.
  • Translate campaign objectives into actionable creative briefs that drive measurable outcomes.
  • Cultivate a pipeline of high-performing creatives across TikTok, Meta, Google, and other paid platforms.
  • Work closely with the Performance Marketing Manager to review creative performance (CTR, CVR, success rates) and iterate accordingly.
  • Stay abreast of user-generated content and short-form content trends to maintain relevance and engagement.

Requirements for Success

  • 3–5 years of experience in content management or marketing.
  • Demonstrated expertise in producing user-generated content-led video ads in partnership with creators or agencies.
  • In-depth understanding of paid platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok) and what drives content effectiveness.
  • Excellent project management skills; comfortable managing multiple creative streams simultaneously.
  • Data-driven with a keen eye for performance metrics (CTR, engagement, conversion).
  • A collaborative team player who can work across creative, external partners, and performance teams.
  • Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to enhance workflows, productivity, and efficiency at scale.
