Product Development Specialist

We are seeking an exceptional Product Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our product improvement team, you will be responsible for enhancing the taste, formulation, and packaging of our supplement products.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Gather, analyze and act on customer feedback through surveys, reviews, and direct calls to drive meaningful product changes
  • Collaborate closely with manufacturers and suppliers to improve product taste, formulation, and packaging
  • Conduct in-depth market research to understand industry trends and benchmark against competitors
  • Work with cross-functional teams to align product improvements with our brand positioning
  • Utilize data analytics to measure the success of product improvements and iterate accordingly
  • Evaluate all product changes for compliance with industry regulations and quality standards
Necessary Qualifications
  • Proven experience in product management within the supplements or health & wellness industry
  • Experience in improving product taste, formulation, and packaging
  • Strong understanding of customer behavior, survey methodologies, and product testing
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Experience working remotely
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Google Analytics, or similar)
