Image Retouching Specialist

We are seeking an experienced image retouching specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing and perfecting images using AI tools and traditional photo editing techniques.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of AI editing software, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to solve creative retouching challenges on a deadline.

About the Role:
  • Enhance and perfect product and lifestyle imagery using AI-powered tools
  • Maintain accurate color matching, lighting balance, and visual consistency across campaigns and product lines
  • Develop and refine AI retouching workflows to improve turnaround time without sacrificing quality
  • Remove backgrounds, clean up imperfections, extend canvases, replace elements, and adjust compositions using a mix of AI and manual techniques
What We're Looking For:
  • 3+ years of experience in photo retouching or image editing, preferably in an e-commerce, fashion, beauty, or creative agency setting
  • Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Photoshop & Lightroom
  • Strong knowledge of AI-assisted editing tools and plugins
  • Familiarity with DAM (Digital Asset Management) systems
