Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced sales administrative professional to join our team at 3GC Group.

This role involves providing administrative support to the sales team, coordinating meetings and events, and managing CRM systems for effective lead tracking.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide administrative support to the sales team, including email management and correspondence.
  2. Coordinate internal and external meetings, prepare reports and presentations for sales meetings, and assist in creating sales materials.
  3. Manage CRM systems for effective lead tracking, maintain accurate pipeline data and contact lists, and request pricing from vendors.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in an executive assistant or sales administration role, preferably with background in project management, product management, business analysis, sales, and/or IT services.
  • Graduate of any 4-year course, in a related discipline or equivalent work experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
