We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our content strategy and community engagement efforts across all digital platforms. This role requires a unique blend of creative storytelling, strategic planning, and analytical thinking to drive brand awareness, strengthen customer relationships, and support business growth.


Main Responsibilities
  • Content Development & Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with each brand's goals, voice, and customer journey from awareness to loyalty
    • Develop engaging, on-brand content across various formats (blogs, social posts, email, etc.)
    • Conduct keyword research and ensure all content is search engine optimized to boost organic traffic
    • Manage content calendar: Plan, schedule, and track content production and publication
  • Community Building & Management: Build and nurture active communities across digital platforms to drive loyalty and advocacy
    • Respond to comments, inquiries, and messages across channels
    • Create engaging community content and activations
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Brand Alignment: Ensure cohesive messaging and collaboration across marketing, sales, product
    • Align with internal teams on campaigns and messaging
    • Gather insights from product and support teams for content ideas
  • Content Performance Analysis & Optimization: Use data to refine content strategy and improve ROI
    • Track and analyze performance metrics
    • Run A/B tests and identify optimization opportunities

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience creating and managing digital content
  • Educational background in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
  • Excellent command of English with a proven portfolio; strong writing and editing skills
  • Able to conduct keyword research and apply SEO best practices to written content
  • Experience managing and growing communities on social media platforms
  • Trend-sensitive, fast executor, strong communicator, creative judgment; comfortable with creators and data
