Content Management Professional

We are seeking a detail-oriented Content Management Professional to join our team. This role is critical in overseeing the management of digital content across client accounts, maintaining organized content repositories, and supporting content workflows through accurate documentation and coordination.

This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure content is tagged, categorized, and ready to drive performance.

The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy with Google Workspace, passionate about content structure and trends, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Upload, organize, and tag digital content for optimal accessibility
  • Maintain folder structures, naming conventions, and content repository documentation
  • Support script template creation for tone consistency
  • Collaborate on content ideas aligned with current trends and client goals
  • Review content for quality and flag inconsistencies
  • Maintain accurate databases and trackers for team coordination
  • Provide timely updates and task status via internal tools

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in content coordination, digital marketing, or a related field
  • Strong proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive)
  • Familiarity with content management systems and tracking tools
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Ability to work independently in a remote team environment
