No-Code / Low-Code Developer

Maintain is seeking a skilled Digital Application Builder to create custom applications that enhance business processes and improve efficiency.

This role involves leveraging no-code and low-code platforms to rapidly develop and deploy applications that meet specific business requirements. As a Digital Application Builder, you will work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into functional applications, enabling teams to streamline operations and drive innovation without extensive programming knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with business analysts and end-users to gather requirements and understand operational needs for application development.
  • Utilize no-code/low-code platforms to design, develop, and deploy applications tailored to meet specific business requirements.
  • Ensure that developed applications are user-friendly, meet quality standards, and are scalable for future enhancements.
  • Conduct testing and debugging of applications to identify and resolve issues prior to deployment.
  • Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of new applications.
  • Continuously evaluate existing applications and processes, identifying areas for improvement and proposing innovative solutions.

To succeed in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in no-code/low-code development, with a portfolio showcasing previous projects.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in popular no-code/low-code platforms (e.g., OutSystems, Mendix, Bubble, Appian) and a keen understanding of application design principles.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business processes and ability to translate them into efficient application solutions.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address user needs and streamline processes.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of liaising with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
