Senior Marketing Cloud Strategist

As a Senior Marketing Cloud Strategist, you will be a key partner for clients, helping them unlock the full potential of Salesforce Marketing Cloud to drive customer engagement and business growth.

You excel at translating complex marketing and business requirements into scalable and effective Marketing Cloud solutions. Your deep understanding of Marketing Cloud's capabilities, automation, and data-driven marketing strategies makes you a trusted advisor.

Work closely with stakeholders, solution architects, and technical teams to design, implement, and optimise marketing automation strategies that deliver meaningful customer experiences.

• Business analysis including review of existing processes, systems, and documentation.
• Identification of different use cases and test scripts specific to captured user requirements.
• Contribution to solution design while working alongside Solution and Technical Architect(s) and other team members.
• Mapping requirements to capabilities leveraging and maximising standard features.
• Leadership of end-to-end Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementations, including configuration, data migration, and integration with other platforms.
• System configuration and customisation in line with solution design and adherence to best practices and standards.
• Delivery of user training sessions and promotion of user adoption of Marketing Cloud features.
• Development and execution of automated marketing campaigns using Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Mobile Studio.
• Performance of data gathering to define and document business requirements and close collaboration with the Solution lead designer in mapping solutions per requirement.
• Provision of input to projects estimate specific to a declarative part of system design.
• Identification of different use cases and test scripts specific to captured user requirements.
• Management of the implementation of SF Solution design to meet business requirements.
• Execution of system configuration and groundwork per specification of an architect or lead designer.
• Advice or suggestions for improvement according to the objectives of the design.
• Participation in efforts to develop and execute testing, training, and documentation.
• Participation in hypercare support to provide assistance to end users.
• Maintenance of up-to-date knowledge with the latest Marketing Cloud features and industry trends to provide clients with innovative solutions.

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation, configuration, and strategy.
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications required including but not limited to Marketing Cloud Consultant, Marketing Cloud Administrator.
• Proficiency with Marketing Cloud Studios and Builders, especially Email Studio, Content Builder, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio.
• Ideal candidate has a background as either: Salesforce administrator who is heavily stakeholder facing and has implemented internal Salesforce projects A technical business analyst who has specialised in Salesforce with experience in Salesforce configuration A traditional salesforce functional consultant Excellent organisational, verbal and written communication skills.
• Tenacious, detailed oriented and self motivated individual.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales cloud and Service Cloud and Experience cloud solutions.
• Strong Data Analysis skills are required.

• Knowledge of applications, relational databases and web technologies.
• Knowledge of the digital marketing landscape including but not limited to Google Adwords, Meta etc.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• A desire to work within a fast-paced, collaborative, and team-based support environment.
• Active participation in professional networking through technology user groups, networking events, and technology organisations.
