About This Role

Fully remote subject matter experts are sought to join a dynamic team that supports digital marketing and tool operations. As the go-to expert, you will work behind the scenes to help others troubleshoot and problem-solve using a wide range of marketing tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answering real-time queries from colleagues via internal chat
  • Troubleshooting issues in various tools such as Canva, ClickFunnels, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, Shopify, ChatGPT, GoHighLevel, and more
  • Assisting in critical tasks during peak periods by completing urgent requests
  • Creating educational resources, videos, and standard operating procedures to fill knowledge gaps
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve systems and prevent repeat issues
  • Identifying common roadblocks and recommending process updates
Requirements:
  • 2–3 years' experience in digital marketing, virtual support, or SME roles
  • Familiarity with at least 5 of the following tools: Canva, ChatGPT, ClickFunnels, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, GoHighLevel, Shopify, Mailchimp
  • Excellent written communication and structured problem-solving skills
  • Able to explain complex concepts simply
  • Strong attention to detail and process-oriented thinking
  • Flexible availability across rotating schedules
