Job Role

The role of a Graphic Designer Virtual Assistant is to create visually appealing designs for digital and print media. The ideal candidate will possess strong creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently under deadlines.

This position requires proficiency in using design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to create designs by hand or using digital tools.

Main Responsibilities
  • Create high-quality graphics for web pages, brochures, logos, signs, book covers, annual reports, and advertisements.
  • Select appropriate fonts, colors, and layouts to enhance visual appeal and readability.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop draft designs for review and revise based on feedback.
  • Proofread and review final designs to ensure accuracy and alignment with client specifications.
Key Qualifications
  • Proficient in using Adobe products (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Excellent photo editing skills.
  • A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
  • Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
