Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a liaison between students, faculty, and administrators to foster effective communication and collaboration.
  • Manage the calendar, meeting, and appointment schedules of the Satellite Campus Director to optimize productivity and efficiency.
  • Coordinate reservations and arrangements for faculty accommodation requirements to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Prepare and process financial documents for submission to the Central Accounting Office (CAO) to facilitate timely and accurate processing.
  • Monitor, liquidate, and summarize petty cash expenditures and request replenishment to maintain transparency and accountability.
  • Regularly monitor the inventory of office supplies, books, and resources to ensure they are replenished, properly stored, and in good working condition.
  • Order office supplies/equipment and flag major item purchases for endorsement and approval of the Director to ensure compliance with university policies.
  • Prepare a summary of provisional receipts for submission to the Central Accounting Office to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Provide logistical support to faculty members and attend to classroom requirements to create a conducive learning environment.
  • Support in setting up and conducting minor troubleshooting of technology and equipment required for classes, especially those related to online and flex modalities of teaching and learning.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least 3 years of work experience in corporate or educational setting
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Familiarity with MS Office Applications
