About the Role

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage patient information through CRM systems, follow up with lost patients, schedule appointments, and handle incoming and outgoing calls.
  • Create engaging content on social media platforms, monitor and respond to comments and messages.
  • Develop, execute, and analyze marketing campaigns to support continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate to create content, visuals, and materials aligned with the brand.
  • Maintain clinic website content using digital tools, ensuring information is up-to-date and aligned with marketing goals.
  • Organize events, workshops, and gatherings to engage the community and promote services.
  • Analyze marketing data to support decision-making and improve strategies.
  • Provide technical support for clinic tools, apps, and software.
  • Monitor online reviews and feedback from patients, responding appropriately to maintain a positive reputation.
Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in HubSpot, Canva, Slack, Instagram, Google Drive/Sheets/Docs, Squarespace, and other digital tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to engage patients and team members.
  • Able to think creatively and develop visually appealing content.
  • Passion for working in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong attention to detail in managing client information and marketing campaigns.
