  • Manages finances, prepares an annual budget, and keeps records of expenditure, sales figures, and employee performance.
  • Evaluates supply and availability of stocks, as well as profit margins, to make informed decisions.
  • Develops measures to prevent stock damage, theft, and wastage, maintaining a high-quality store environment.
  • Monitors stocks, product displays, and store appearance, addressing customer requests and complaints promptly.
  • Motivates employees to achieve targets, promoting a positive work atmosphere.
Required Qualifications:
  • A graduate degree from any 4-year course is required.
  • Experience in merchandising functions is highly preferred.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years' work experience as a Retail Supermarket/Grocery Supervisor is necessary.
