Job Description

This is a remote data compilation project that involves navigating through Canadian educational institutions' digital infrastructure to build comprehensive contact databases.

You'll work independently to systematically collect and organize vital contact information from various educational institutions, creating structured databases that will drive future educational initiatives.

Responsibilities:
  • Navigate complex educational institution websites to extract valuable contact information
  • Build and maintain comprehensive Excel databases of educational staff contacts
  • Systematically collect email addresses and professional contact details from school board websites
  • Create organized listings of educational institutions within designated school boards
  • Document and verify contact information accuracy across multiple educational platforms
  • Implement efficient data collection methodologies to ensure thorough coverage
  • Structure and format data entries to maintain consistency and usability
  • Track progress across multiple school boards and educational institutions
