Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Lead Data Compilation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for navigating complex educational institution websites to extract valuable contact information, building and maintaining comprehensive Excel databases of educational staff contacts, and implementing efficient data collection methodologies.

About the Role:

This is a remote position that requires strong analytical and organizational skills, with a proven track record of working independently and meeting deadlines. The ideal candidate will have advanced proficiency in Excel and spreadsheet management, as well as excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Navigate complex educational institution websites to extract valuable contact information
  • Build and maintain comprehensive Excel databases of educational staff contacts
  • Implement efficient data collection methodologies to ensure thorough coverage
  • Structure and format data entries to maintain consistency and usability
  • Track progress across multiple school boards and educational institutions
