Job Opportunity: Seek a highly skilled accountant to handle core accounting functions, optimize financial processes, and support automation initiatives. This role demands extensive experience with NetSuite, knowledge of U.S. GAAP, and strong analytical skills.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Accounting Process Optimization: Streamline workflows and automate processes within NetSuite.
  • General Ledger Management: Record and maintain accurate journal entries, ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare timely and accurate reconciliations and schedules for month-end close.
  • Accounts Payable (AP) Management: Oversee AP processes to ensure timely and accurate vendor payments.
  • Cash & Credit Card Transactions: Accurately record and reconcile all cash and credit card transactions.
  • Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies and implement best practices to enhance financial operations.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders to support informed financial decision-making.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in general ledger accounting.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting principles.
  • Extensive experience with NetSuite and proven track record of closing books for a U.S.-based entity.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data analysis).
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and drive process improvements.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with SQL for financial data analysis.
  • Proficiency in Snowflake, Ramp, and Rippling.
  • Experience leveraging AI for accounting automation.
  • Audit experience (Big 4 background is beneficial).
