Senior Financial Planning Analyst

We seek a seasoned FP&A professional to collaborate with leaders and drive business growth. As a Senior FP&A Analyst, you will provide strategic financial support, develop forecasts, and analyze variances to inform better decision-making.
About the RoleThis senior-level position requires strong analytical skills, effective communication, and a collaborative mindset. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand needs, develop cost management solutions, and reconcile financial data.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain accurate financial models, forecasts, and variance analysis.
- Provide thought leadership on financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve financial performance.
- Evaluate financial trade-offs and sensitivities to inform strategic decisions.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Maintain high-quality relationships with key stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- 6+ years of relevant FP&A experience, preferably in corporate finance or management consulting.
- Proven expertise in financial modeling, Excel, and G-Suite.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities and deliver results under pressure.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
