Senior Financial Planning and Reporting Analyst

The role of Senior Financial Planning and Reporting Analyst is to lead critical initiatives across financial planning, business partnership, and process innovation to drive strategic decision-making and operational excellence.

This includes leading financial reporting and analysis across critical business areas, managing the monthly forecast and annual budget cycles, summarizing complex monthly and quarterly results into clear insights and actionable recommendations, building financial models, developing 'what-if' scenarios, and performing risk analyses to inform key initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans that align with business goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Design and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making.
  • Provide timely and accurate financial reporting to stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Substantial experience in FP&A or financial analysis.
  • Strong expertise in P&L management, forecasting, and financial modeling.
  • Strong analytical mindset and the ability to turn financial data into strategic recommendations.
  • Effective communicator with the ability to engage non-financial stakeholders.
