Job Title: Content Manager Lead

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Content Manager Lead to oversee production workflows, optimize team efficiency, and ensure seamless coordination across departments.

This role requires at least 3 years of experience in project management, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to manage and communicate effectively with a large team while overseeing multiple tasks and maintaining high editorial standards.

About the Role
  • Manage content tasks in ClickUp, ensuring accurate tracking and updates.
  • Maintain tracking sheets for published articles, experiments, and performance metrics.
  • Organize and update project briefs, documentation, and workflows in ClickUp, Intranet, and SharePoint.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for project managers and department heads to align content tasks with business objectives.
  • Track content targets, provide bi-weekly reports, and identify areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective content management strategies.

  • Analyze and report on content performance metrics.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members as needed.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Able to work during EST/EDT hours.
  • Near-native English communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively across a large team.
  • 3+ years of experience in content operations management, editorial coordination, or related roles.
  • Proven experience in managing and coordinating large teams, ensuring seamless communication, accountability, and alignment on goals.
  • Proficiency in ClickUp or similar project management tools.
  • Strong knowledge of content tracking, process management, and task coordination.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster a positive, structured, and high-performing work environment.
