Job Title: Store Supervisor/Assistant Supervisor

Join a dynamic team as a Store Supervisor/Assistant Supervisor where you will be responsible for leading store operations, managing sales achievement and growth, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage store sales performance and achieve set targets.
  • Develop and implement effective store displays and visual merchandising strategies.
  • Oversee daily store operations, including cash handling, stock management, and staff supervision.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment that meets company standards.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team by providing coaching, training, and feedback.
  • Collaborate with the branch manager to develop and implement business strategies.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving store performance.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Knowledge of visual merchandising principles and practices.
