Job Title: Digital Marketing Professional

This role involves leading digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms, focusing on social media, email marketing, and content creation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media plans to boost brand awareness and engagement.
  • Manage and optimize paid social campaigns using various tools, prioritizing lead generation and maximizing ROI.
  • Design, schedule, and publish engaging organic content aligned with brand voice and objectives.
  • Monitor social media trends, competitors, and platform updates to ensure best practices.
  • Track and analyze social media performance metrics to refine content and ad strategies.
  • Oversee the management of HubSpot Sales, Marketing, Content, Web, Automation, and CRM hubs to drive business growth.
  • Ensure websites are accurately maintained through HubSpot's CMS, featuring up-to-date product information and SEO-friendly content.
  • Implement lead nurturing workflows and marketing automation to enhance engagement and conversions.
  • Optimize CRM for streamlined data tracking, segmentation, and customer journey mapping.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to support lead handoff, tracking, and pipeline management within HubSpot.
  • Guarantee that product pages, landing pages, and other web assets are optimized for user experience, lead generation, and conversions.
  • Build and manage email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and lead nurturing sequences.
  • Analyze HubSpot data for insights on lead quality, customer behavior, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Develop and manage Google AdWords campaigns to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
  • Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and A/B testing to optimize ad performance.
  • Track and analyze AdWords metrics to assess campaign success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage budgets, bids, and bid strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Monitor and adjust targeting to align with evolving market trends and user behavior.
  • Coordinate with the SEO team to ensure alignment and prevent keyword cannibalization across paid and organic search.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing techniques and platforms, including Google Analytics, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Experience in managing online advertising campaigns and leveraging analytics tools to measure campaign performance.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Adaptable and open to learning new skills and technologies in the ever-changing digital landscape.
