Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Treasury Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing various treasury tasks, including:

  1. Loan Releases and Non-Loan Releases
  • Checks loan releases, prepares journal entries for AFP, SSS, and Salary loan releases based on approved loan requirements and records.
  • Prepares loan vouchers and checks for approved requests for payments and records corresponding payments.
  • Reviews operational expenses/billing due for payment, checks proper approval of payment from concerned departments/signatories, and examines required documents.
  • Prepares check vouchers and checks for approved requests for payments and records corresponding payments.
  • Releases checks and other payments based on scheduled/due dates.

Additionally, the Treasury Officer will assist in preparing financial reports, including actual daily cash flow statements, reconciling monthly actual cash flow against final Trial Balance, and consolidating year-to-date final monthly actual cash flow.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Applicants should have a degree in Accountancy or a finance-related course, with knowledge of accounting systems an advantage.

CPA certification is desirable, and proficiency in handling/processing/analyzing high volumes of financial data is essential.

The Treasury Officer will also be responsible for monitoring all series of check vouchers released, cancelled, and post-dated, as well as assisting in the turnover of check vouchers for archiving.
