About The Position

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in setting up ads across self-service platforms, including Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and Google Ads.
  • Prepare campaign documentation and communicate effectively with clients.
  • Collaborate with the team to optimize campaigns and ensure smooth execution.
  • Provide ongoing support to the marketing team with reporting and performance insights.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 2-5+ years of experience with paid social platforms (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat; Google Ads a plus).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in creating structured documentation and proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Ability to work U.S. hours and stay responsive in a remote environment.
Benefits & Career Path:
  • Mid-level: $1,500 - $1,600/month
  • Senior/Expert level: $1,700 - $1,800/month

Compensation will be based on skills and experience, with preference for candidates at the mid-to-senior level who can contribute immediately and grow into expanded responsibilities.
