We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer to join our team in Cloud Operations. The ideal candidate will have experience with cloud services, particularly Azure, and be proficient in languages such as C#.

As a Software Engineer in Cloud Operations, you will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining and scaling our multi-tenant SaaS software platform hosted on Microsoft Azure
  • Responding to alerts, investigating issues, and identifying root causes to ensure the stability and reliability of the SaaS environment
  • Developing and managing infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or Azure Resource Manager
  • Implementing and maintaining Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
  • Utilizing containerization and orchestration platforms like Docker and Kubernetes to efficiently scale applications
  • Managing cloud resources on Azure, optimizing cost, security, and performance
  • Setting up monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions to ensure system availability, performance, and security
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in cloud operations, preferably with Azure
  • Experience maintaining and scaling consumer-facing multi-tenant applications
  • Proven skills in containerization and orchestration, specifically with Docker and Kubernetes
  • Proficiency in C# and knowledge of .NET
  • Familiarity with IaC tools like Terraform or Azure Resource Manager
  • Strong understanding of CI/CD principles and implementation
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
