About the Role

This is a hands-on, full-stack marketing position that's perfect for someone who enjoys doing as much as they enjoy leading.

You'll own the digital marketing strategy and e-commerce performance across all customer-facing storefronts, including Shopify, Amazon, and eBay, tailored by region (AU, NZ, UK, EU, etc.).

Your responsibilities will include managing, optimising, and growing regional Shopify storefronts and marketplace shopfronts, creating and maintaining product listings, building and executing promotional campaigns, and developing and managing email marketing campaigns for both B2C and B2B.

Additionally, you'll lead digital advertising across Meta, Google, and TikTok Ads, monitor performance using GA4, marketplace dashboards, and ad/email analytics, and collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure unified messaging and market alignment.

To be successful in this role, you'll need 5-8 years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or DTC roles, with proven experience creating and managing Amazon and eBay storefronts, strong experience managing Shopify sites and marketplace listings, and a confident ability to develop and run email marketing campaigns for both consumers and trade partners.

  • Manage, optimise, and grow regional Shopify storefronts and marketplace shopfronts (Amazon and eBay)
  • Create and maintain product listings, including imagery, descriptions, SEO, category alignment, and compliance
  • Build and execute promotional campaigns across website, email, social, paid media, and marketplaces
  • Develop and manage email marketing campaigns for both B2C (consumers) and B2B (distributors, salons, educators), using a platform of your choosing
  • Lead digital advertising across Meta, Google, and TikTok Ads, and optimise campaign performance
  • Brief and/or create campaign assets — including banners, landing pages, email content, and marketplace visuals
  • Monitor performance using GA4, marketplace dashboards, and ad/email analytics
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure unified messaging and market alignment
