Job Overview

  • This role is responsible for serving as the primary liaison and partner to senior executives.

The successful candidate will represent the executive in cross-functional meetings, monitor initiatives across various departments, and lead process improvement efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for senior executives.
  • Represent the executive in leadership discussions and meetings.
  • Monitor and drive the execution of departmental initiatives.
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and lead process improvements.
  • Collaborate with department heads to develop KPIs and reporting systems.
  • Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Lead multi-departmental projects from conception to completion.
  • Maintain accountability through project management tools.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in operations, executive support, or project management.
  • Proven track record of coordinating cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional communication skills with executive-level polish.
  • Technical proficiency in Asana, Google Workspace, Telegram, Zoom, and Notion.
