Mid-Senior Level Test Automation Specialist

Play a pivotal role in our test automation and global development team as a key member responsible for designing, developing, and executing comprehensive test plans and cases. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure robust test coverage while leveraging expertise in functional testing and automation frameworks to deliver high-quality enterprise platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases that meet industry standards.
  • Collaborate with development, product management, and other cross-functional teams to understand requirements and ensure thorough test coverage.
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing to ensure the highest level of quality.
  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts that are scalable and efficient.
  • Potentially contribute to the continuous integration framework for the automation suite.
  • Build automation frameworks and scripts for end-to-end testing, including API, UI, and other types of testing.
  • Identify, document, and track software defects and work closely with the development team to resolve issues effectively.
Essential Qualifications / Skills
  • Significant experience in software testing and test automation with a proven track record.
  • Proficiency in Selenium or Playwright with the ability to influence test approaches for repeatable testing and sustainable automation.
  • Experience with SQL and REST APIs is highly desirable.
  • Strong core testing skills with the ability to drive test strategies and approaches.
  • Experience working on large-scale enterprise ERP platforms is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with ETL testing and CI/CD processes is a plus.
