Marketing Opportunity

Drive the launch of a luxury wellness retreat in Lombok, Indonesia. This is a unique chance to build the marketing foundation from scratch and shape the strategy for a new brand.

Full-time: 40 hours/week

Remote: Fully remote, PH working hours (PH-based candidates preferred)

Engagement Type: Independent Contractor

Possible Compensation: $1000-1300 (based on a 40-hour workweek; flexible depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a comprehensive marketing plan to drive sales of off-plan villas.
  • Generate qualified leads from international markets (Australia, Singapore, Japan, and others) using online marketing campaigns.
  • Build a strong social media presence across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
  • Create engaging content calendars and optimize Reels, stories, and posts.
  • Set up and run paid campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.) targeting potential investors and villa buyers.
  • Support the launch of a new website showcasing off-plan villa sales materials and renders.
  • Establish a lead qualification system to filter for serious investors.
  • Prepare weekly reports on performance across social media and all campaigns.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 5 years' experience in real estate marketing, preferably with a background in off-plan villa sales, resorts, or luxury properties.
  • A strong background in digital marketing strategy, including social media, ads, funnels, and websites.
  • The ability to independently create and manage campaigns generating qualified leads and driving sales.
  • Familiarity with key marketing tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, scheduling apps, and website builders.
  • Excellent English communication and copywriting skills.
  • A creative eye for branding, positioning, and storytelling in the luxury and wellness space.
