About the Role
  • Develop and implement luxurious interior design concepts, collaborating closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Create stunning 3D visualizations and presentations using industry-standard software such as SketchUp, V-Ray, and Enscape.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure seamless project execution.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field, supplemented by strong experience in 3D visualization and luxury interior design.
  • Proficiency in SketchUp, V-Ray, and Enscape, with expertise in creating photorealistic 3D models and animations.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, spatial planning, lighting, and architectural flow, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetic appeal.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within tight deadlines.
