This Role

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you'll be accountable for building and deploying innovative features that change customers' lives daily. From AI-powered hiring tools to automated payroll solutions, every component of our Employment Operating System is designed to disrupt the industry for the better.

Our Product and Engineering teams delivered almost 1,000 new features last year. As a Senior Engineer, you'll play a key role in accelerating our product strategy.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading your squad to develop critical features for our customers.
  • Collaborating with designers, product managers, and UX specialists to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Writing automated tests for production codes.
  • Maintaining key components of web applications.
  • Conducting testing and code reviews.
  • Mentoring Junior Engineers.
Requirements

To succeed at Employment Hero, you'll need to embody The EH Way. This includes operating with focus, agility, and an obsession with impact. You'll also need:

  • Senior-level software development experience (6+ years).
  • Focus on Server-side and RESTful API Development and integration.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language.
  • Experience implementing, maintaining, and deploying full-stack web technologies.
  • A strong understanding of software engineering processes, testing, and Agile methodology.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Good verbal and written English skills.
