Financial Operations Manager

This role provides an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership position within our organization.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our accounting team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting training, coaching, and providing insights and action plans for improvement. They will analyze and report on productivity metrics, including attendance, end-of-day reports, and compliance with company protocols.

The manager will also ensure the client is updated on key program activities, issues, and concerns through regular calls, emails, meetings, and reports.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field, as well as proven experience in the accounting field (AP, AR, Bookkeeping, Auditing). A minimum of six months of experience as a Team Leader is required, along with proficiency in using MS Tools.

Excellent verbal and written skills are essential, and the ability to work onsite in Makati or Mandaluyong is preferred. The candidate must also be willing to work night shifts if required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of accounting team members
  • Conduct training, coaching, and performance evaluations
  • Develop and implement process improvements
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Communicate with clients regarding discrepancies or inquiries related to assigned tasks
  • Perform other supervisory tasks as required

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  • Proven experience in accounting field (AP, AR, Bookkeeping, Auditing)
  • At least 6 months experience as a Team Leader
  • Proficient in using MS Tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
