Job Role

This role supports business growth by handling technical tasks and overseeing technology systems.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the sales operations director to onboard and set up new accounts and sales representatives.
  • E nsure all new sales representatives are correctly set up from a technical perspective before they go live for their first calls.
  • Implement and set up new technology stacks, systems, and processes.
  • Communicate with the marketing team on lead flow initiatives.
  • Create and manage technology integrations using Zapier in systems like Pipedrive, Active Campaign, Typeform, and Oncehub.
  • Develop automations and workflows in the CRM under the sales operations director's guidance.
  • Complete the entire CRM configuration standard operating procedure for new accounts successfully.

Requirements:
  • Experience with Zapier and CRM systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
