As a seasoned integration professional, you will take charge of crafting seamless connections between disparate systems. This strategic role is perfect for an expert who excels in architecting scalable solutions, ensuring data reliability and collaborating with cross-functional teams to design robust integration frameworks.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of APIs, webhooks, OAuth flows, and modern integration platforms. They should have hands-on experience with tools like Zapier, dbt or custom middleware frameworks and proficiency in Python or JavaScript (Node.js) for scripting and integration logic.

  • Design and implement end-to-end integrations: gathering requirements, system design, implementation, deployment, monitoring, and documentation
  • Develop and maintain real-time and batch integrations across various systems, including Salesforce, HubSpot, Notion, and internal APIs
  • Collaborate with security and IT to ensure compliance, data protection, and auditability of integration workflows

Beyond technical expertise, the successful candidate will demonstrate excellent communication and project delivery skills, able to translate complex technical details into actionable business value.

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in integration engineering, data engineering, or similar roles
  • Strong knowledge of data governance, SOC2, or GDPR workflows
  • Ability to design for idempotency, error handling, retries, and observability in data syncs
  • Experience with finance data syncing and self-serve integration workflows
