Job Overview

The Recruitment Operations Coordinator is a crucial role in the company, responsible for managing the caregiver team. This includes recruiting highly skilled caregivers, matching them with clients, and coordinating their schedules.

  • Primary responsibilities include building the caregiver team, recruiting results-driven caregivers, and coordinating schedules.
  • Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally, handling extensive telephone work and interactions with caregivers, clients, and healthcare professionals.
  • Recruit through various channels, including job boards, social media, and creative avenues.
  • Ensure accurate and timely information about services to clients and schedule intake appointments as needed.
  • Provide excellent customer service, serving as the primary point of contact for clients and caregivers.
  • Develop and maintain a systematic scheduling process, documenting interactions with caregivers and clients.
  • Verify completed schedules to ensure billing and payroll accuracy.
  • Maintain client files and collaborate with the care team to ensure all client needs are met.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Must Have

  • At least 2 years of experience in staffing or customer service in a health care setting.
  • Proven recruitment experience.
  • Strong sense of urgency, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
  • Reliable, coachable, curious, and committed individual with excellent communication skills.

Preferred

  • Experience in a senior service setting.
  • High School Diploma required; some college education preferred.
Work Environment
