Job Description

The Account Services Assistant plays a critical role in ensuring seamless operations and delivering top-notch service to our clients. This role involves working closely with the Account Coordinator and Account Supervisor to resolve terminal-related concerns, prepare supporting documents, and maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities

  1. Assist the Account Coordinator in addressing daily terminal-related concerns from accounts.
  2. Prepare all necessary documents for billing, adhering to strict timelines.
  3. Establish and maintain window times for issue resolution based on agreed service levels.
  4. Collaborate with key support groups to ensure adherence to escalation procedures.
  5. Provide regular, detailed reports and updates to accounts based on established deliverables.
  6. Support the Account Coordinator and Account Supervisor in developing presentations for key accounts.
  7. Participate in preparing and presenting monthly service review reports for key accounts.
  8. Implement efficient filing and documentation systems for account records and other official documents.
  9. Facilitate coordination between the Operations Department and merchants for supply pickups and deliveries.
  10. Deliver comprehensive, timely reports and updates to Sales Managers based on set deadlines.
  11. Contribute to achieving quality objectives by implementing quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (IT, Business Administration, Marketing).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in executive and/or administrative roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
