Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Preparing all necessary periodic reports to monitor project progress.
  • Attending coordination meetings as required to ensure seamless project handovers.
  • Qualifying/punch listing of Physical Unit status from the Construction team for acceptance by Construction Management and/or Warranty Division.
  • Conducting surveys and validating ongoing and completed units/parking slots prior to delivery/turnover to clients.
  • Ensuring that units are complete prior to turnover, including preparation of necessary documents.
  • Coordinating with clients before, during, and after turnover, with designated responsibilities.
  • Maintaining a complete record of all pertinent documents and disseminating copies as required.
  • Coordinating with Credit & Collection, Corporate Affairs, Corporate Management, and PMO for cancellation/eviction and repossession of Developer Units.
  • Coordinating with all concerned departments for a smooth transition of services by the TURNOVER DEPARTMENT (both External and Internal Customer Service).

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree holder in Architecture, Engineering, or Interior Design.
  • At least 1-2 years relevant customer service experience, preferably in the real estate development industry.
  • License is a plus but not required.
  • Customer service-oriented and mature in outlook.
  • Organized, keen on details and works well under pressure.
  • Personable, with excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Can handle various projects.
  • Computer proficient.
